Is to much milk unhealthy?


milk you. has health benefits in moderation. people limit milk intake trying limit calories. long you're not taking in many total calories daily, calories milk shouldn't problem you. drinking of something, negative effects magnified, , may getting more rdi (recommended daily intake) of things.

looks ryan right. saturated fat in 1 cup of milk 15% of rdi. glass size mentioned hold more that. in fact sounds insanely big glass, let's it's 1 quart. that's 61% rdi. 2 glasses of milk you'd on limit day, , saturated fats other foods too. yes, appears drinking milk. why don't try replacing of glasses glasses of water?
