Can you give me some tips for selling things on Ebay?

-

1) give accurate description of item. (condition, authentic, weight, dimensions etc)
2) take great picture. (better picture better chance of selling item)
3) make sure keywords in title. (for search)
4) make sure price cheaper else.
5) figure out shipping , add price of item put free shipping though know not free lol.

i'm going eighteen in 2 days , i'm planning on setting ebay account start business on ebay. wondering if guys had tips me in general.
