REPOST Can lizard feces make babies sick?

don't have room, bearded dragon cage next son's crib. he's 16 months old , grab screen , try pull off, never sticks hand in cage ( can barely reach screen grab it) clean cage weekly, waste sits in trash can in room also, have leopard gecko's in room (not near crib) i'm wondering if feces cause chest infection, it'll have airborne since doesn't touch touch lizards or inside cage, use hand sanitizer after handling lizards. have mold in caulk in shower address, that's number 1 suspect, i'm trying eliminate possibility. please help. i'm reposting because couldn't view answers , need answer.
