Best/Safest places to live in Washington State?

if have family, best guess want best public schools. bellevue , redmond have excellent public schools. on east side of lake washington, , median income higher there, jobs in technology industry. think, microsoft , jobs depend on business.

have seen 1 crime taking place white high school kid driving lexus, (no doubt) purchasing small amount of illegal substance (likely pot, becoming legal state wide, of today). saw young man counting out twenties, perhaps 5 of them, perhaps small amount of cocaine. lived in white center (seattle) crime high. crime, outside domestic violence, not seen in redmond or bellevue.

best in medical care, yes.

low population, not much. low population goes depressed economy these days (think aberdeen, forks, twisp). places i'd love live because more scenic , have sense of community knows everyone; not paying job there.

low crime rate, not populated, economy , doctors. biggest concern since don't know area safety , place raise family in washington, suggestions?
