What are risks and accidents ,which can occur during takeoffs and landings of aeroplanes ?

want entire list of things can go wrong? not sure complete list can made, because hasn't happened before doesn't mean can't happen @ point.

major risks happen in no particular order.
weather caused.. winds, ice, water
engine caused .. failure, blade separation, fuel contamination, pump failure, explosion, foreign object ingestion, birds
airframe caused ... control failure, control surface failure, structural failure, gear failure, tire failure, age stress failure, overloaded errors, weight loading errors (aft or forward cg)
human caused ... collision other aircraft/cars/trucks/terrain, failure complete required tasks, failure set correct controls, failure consider weather factors, failure inspect aircraft, failure plan, distraction, on confidence, lack of training, depression, ...and list goes on , on..

aircraft accidents/incidents during take off or landing. there tons of reports available , tons of information them. known have been published on entire history of flight! listing of them in simple list, not done. have add type of aircraft, light planes, airliners, gliders, lighter air, because there different risks!

news none of these common when viewed against take offs , landings.
