My Yahoo acct won't actually download attachments I receive - virus scan is ok and then nothing happens?

if helps, fine. if not: create account different provider, forward original mail incl. attachment/s new account, , open/download there. during past 3 weeks more users usual have reported same problem you, hoped after maintenance problems over, apparently not. , yahoo trying downplay problem having staff member answer related questions canned response few hrs before answering period over. said staff member claims there no workaround although suggested workaround has been helping quite few users in past.

note: appreciate can yahoo staff, regard highly counter-productive, when staff member tries downplay problem claiming affects small number of customers. don't know whether affects small number of customers, wrong if users keep reporting same problem on , over...:-(

i've never had happen before. able access files forwarding email gmail account - that's hassle. doing wrong here?
