Jeep wrangler spacer issue?

have issue spacers on 05 jeep wrangler. have 1 in spacers , ever since man @ off road shop put them on have been hearing creeking noise when press brakes. sound coming rear driver side tire. depending on how fast going how fast nosie is. goes "creak creak creak..creekk. creekkk creeeekkkk creeeekkkkk" come stop. hear them rattle when go on bumps or down gravel roads. called shop had them put on didnt know be. said rear drum brake. has of had issue? or know be? thoughts great. thank you
