I buried a 20 dollar bill in a box 5 years ago and it "rotted" away and only a small piece is left?

fake $20 bill,because real 1 never rotted. our grands have done before during great depression , banks went bankrupt . , can not find of boxes still. however, 1 in yard, good,both box , bill.in economics,it called hoarding. , based on austrian school,it can collapse whole economy. moreover, jail term destroy fed's asset. never ask such question again. might go after you,including irs.

the box still there because it's in yard. when opened box nothing left soil , dirty piece of paper looks part of 20 dollar bill. has every happened before, normal? rotted money poisonous?
