What Do I Do, I'm home alone!?

i'm home alone nobody. mum , dad went out eat supper , go groceries, without me cause i'm (lazy.)
live in bad neighborhood.
here's thing.
playing roblox when hear banging in window.
have shutters , drapes when peeked outside shadow of human being.
scared, knocking still happening, , don't have phone or house phone. i'm locked in same room knocking cause parents locked other doors "safety."
it's annoying me real bad please help. i've got kind neighbors feel somebody's watching me.
