Should churches be required to perform gay marriages or lose their tax exemption status?
can argue violating 1st amendment within constitution government not taking on these churches merely subjecting these said churches taxation if refuse follow federal laws. on note federal government not preventing free exercise thereof in regards religion. federal government have no authority in regards church in regards space within interior of structure, if these said churches refuse follow federal law cannot anticipate hide behind our tax exemptions , mooch off of our system.
church still independent organization if refuse acknowledge our standards won't waste our time these losers , won't give them free ride , let them hide behind tax exemptions.
church charity organization. if charity organization isn't charitable logically lose 501(c)(3) organization tax exemption status. if peta isn't helping animals logically isn't animal shelter/charity , lose irs 501(c)(3) organization tax exemption status.
government subsidization of political party. see since christian organization tax exempt can infiltrate , spend money want campaigning , no government body can subject these individuals taxes. type of political system kind of dangerous , no different super-pac. these religious organizations tax exempt, anonymous, , can spend money like. california's proposition 8 championed , financed mormon church. spend billions of dollars trying pass law banning same sex marriage. infiltration of our federal government , refusal acknowlege 14th amendment rights of said gay persons seeking marriage ceremonies should subjected removal of 501(c)(3) tax exemption status.
these churches regularly violate 14th amendment rights of gay persons seeking marriage ceremonies within these church institutions. these churches receive tax exemption status federal government. if refuse follow federal law lose federally given tax exemption status.
14 amendment section 1 -
"section 1. persons born or naturalized in united states, , subject jurisdiction thereof, citizens of united states , of state wherein reside. no state shall make or enforce law shall abridge privileges or immunities of citizens of united states; nor shall state deprive person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny person within jurisdiction equal protection of laws."
line states, "no state shall make or enforce law shall abridge privileges or immunities of citizens of united states." in other words no state can take away basic civil rights. churches refuse follow our standards of civil rights, receive tax exemptions federal government. refuse follow federal law therefore lose federal tax exemptions.
either follow our constitutional standards or don't receive tax exemptions. don't care crappy rituals. when comes federal laws either follow them or don't cower behind our politics , expect give free ride.
