never has nintendo-published game put effort behind cinematic experience, , it. lot. keep up.

9 graphics
not quite on level of retro studios' work, it's still 1 of best looking games on wii.

9 sound
excellent voice work , fantastic orchestral score fits metroid style extremely well.

8 -gameplay
impressive evolution of old-school metroid design. there issues , awkward compromises in place work single controller game, it's great fun.

7.5 - lasting appeal
metroid games of side-scrolling variety have never been lengthy experiences, , falls within standard metroid length. there's stuff explore after it's over.

8.5 overall great

is bad , worse other metroid games, if please explain , if worth buy it.
