Anti Morsi protesters, just vote NO during the referendum?

morsi has approved constitution limit him 8 year maximum term, , take away powers (constitutional declaration). why people still protesting? isn't evidence he's not "next mubarak".

constitution itself, written , approved constituent assembly appointed democratically elected parliament. put referendum democratically elected head of state, what's illegitimate it? if don't vote no in referendum, it's simple. if majority votes yes people don't agree you, or aren't bothered enough care.
