Nissan Sentra rough start Cam Sensor?

2005 nissan sentra 1.8......in car start die, have crank 5-6 times , idle between 1500-2000 rpm's, can not drive it, not let me give gas , can not go on 2000 rpm's, once car warmed (arrow in middle between c , h, takes 15 mins or so) drive ok. engine light came on , when scanned says p3040, camshaft sensor. replaced it, got little better have crank 2-3 times before rough idle. did tune-up, changed plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cleaned mass airflow sensor. still showing cam sensor, changed 1 (for free, got replacement in case faulty) still no change.....any ideas?
