Do I have a fee to pay after I set up an ebay account?

no, sellers pay 3 types of fees. first listing fee item. cost depends on format choose, how many photos add, if have reserve price etc etc. pay fee if item sell. secondly have "final value fee", fee charged according how item, plus shipping cost, sold for. these 2 fees paid after sale, monthly invoice ebay fees. third fee paypals fee if that's how buy pays you. paypal takes fee out before give money. check ebay , paypal these fees are, depends on few things should allow 10% of money going in fees.

i have set ebay account sell items. pay fee after list item or sell it? have read information on this, hear else understand. i'm not sure if read but, there fee having account open?
