Why wont my geckos grow?

got 2 female leopard geckos, smily , zilla. 1 5 years old, other 4 , half. reason every single gecko of similar age have seen has been larger, , leopard geckos @ store (usually year or 2 old) bigger them. feed them 3-5 crickets every, or every other day, give them of recommended supplements. every , vary diet bit , give them wax, butter , meal worms. haven't grown on past 2 years, they've both shed maybe 2 or 3 times. can explain me why might not growing , can encourage growth?

kept in 30 gallon tank, have exo terra infrared heat lamp (75 watt). have plenty of stuff climb around on exercise , active.
