Is dish network any good?

i'm thinking of switching satellite service directv dish network (after 7 year) because stop offering tvb vietnam (since 18 of novemember) parent watch alot , since don't speak english, other channel kind of useless. directv offer other vietnamese channel, want watch newss , talk shows time. wanted ask people oppinion on service of dish network (if use please give rating) before make switch. i"m little scare because them @ 1 time internet service , oh god, suck. i'm hoping since tv service it'll better. thank you
