I was dreaming but i was awake..It was like i left my body. Sleep paralysis..?

i'm 18 starters doubt that's important) past couple of nights i've been experiencing sleep paralysis hasn't happened me in while past few times it's been different. it's hard explain , sounds kind of crazy dreaming awake. saw myself leave body , go somewhere else.. whatever wanted , physically see dream. first time experienced sleep paralysis had hallucinations maybe same thing..i'm not sure. sound crazy or can tell me whats going on.
