I am afraid of plane takeoff?

i'm 14, have go hong kong in few days , deathly afraid of takeoff. experienced panic attack last time went on plane. caused stomach , chest feel terrible. felt couldn't breathe during take off. want go hong kong, can't seem past fear. visited doctor , prescribed lexotan me. told me take half tablet 30 minutes before flight. afraid wouldn't work. should do? hate feeling breathless, , feel coward.
