How to improve eye sight?

both bernd , jon correct. nearsighted or eyes myopic. glasses prescribed meant worn time means ok keep them on when @ computer. adjust them better if keep them on. glasses or contacts correction @ point unless opt surgery day. if have problems computer well, prescription added lenses or eye doctor prescribe separate pair computer. don't see in young eyes. ask eye doctor glasses prescribed , how wear them , i'm he/she confirm.

i can't see distance should wear glasses when need them (i.e trying see board in class) or should wear them time including on computer (im on computer alot) trying find out best way better eye sight.
