Isn't this a clear sign we need both Health Reform AND stricter gun control?

in last year u.s. has death toll of 88 mass shootings mentally ill people had access legally obtained semi automatic guns..that's not counting other deaths gun..just random acts of mass shootings. these shooters diagnosed , untreated..you can't force medicate , physc holds 72hrs..to me should consider reforming both health care laws , gun control laws.
