Is it better to work as a teller or customer service representative at a bank?


tellers tend become @ job, , stay there. csrs (not tellers can't too: definition, both csrs) financial services reps tend on route higher in company. think: tellers stay tellers. csrs may rise up, because csrs have no real skills needed bank. so, bank can add skills , move higher.

both teller , csr have sales goals if mother institution has sales-oriented culture, common these days.

not banks require meet these goals. should for: suggested, or required?

many bankers despise top-down-handed sales goals.
