hi haven't watched tv several years , live boyfriend wants able watch tv. have new dynex flat screen tv thought have converter in it. don't want cable. bought , antenna , hooked correctly there still blank screen. there way tell if need digital converter or? what's up? don't understand how local channels anymore.
