Ashbergers Syndrome? What is it?

asperger's (not "asherbergers") syndrome type of autism. autism name wide spectrum of personality types , disorders, associated poor social skills, issues language development, unconventional ways of thinking (both in , in bad ways), , preference routines or schedules. called "spectrum disorder", means there lot of variety in how severe someone's problems may be. people asperger's have lot of problems , called disabled, while isn't disability @ all, , live ordinary lives.

asperger's differs other types of autism in people asperger's a) have normal or better language development, , b) of normal or better intelligence. both requirement diagnosis.

edit: answerer below me isn't quite correct. people asperger's have no problem understanding other people's emotions. however, may not able see other people thinking, because can't read other person's body language. similarly, may not realize effect own actions have on others. (but because asperger's spectrum disorder, people asperger's have normal social skills, too.)
