Are my budgies ready to breed?

brown female , blue male, generally. don't recommend breeding them, unless have experience doing so. not need have babies, , lot of harm can done people breed them without having experience. also... if bred them, you'd have find homes of babies.

about 8 months ago, me , sister bouht 2 budgies. both had blue beaks begin with, now, 1 of beaaks dark blue , other, kind of brown colour. read on blog, beaks went crusty brown colour when ready breeding...should buy breeding box?
