love queen bee salon , spa in brentwood, or lovely little threading place called brow mantra in santa monica, they'd both hike you. suggest reading of reviews on yelp:

check on bloomspot , groupon specials in area. there many places have decent services , better prices out in north hollywood. brow mantra charges $10 threading, , they're located in nice part of sm. imagine places in area offer similar prices.
