Trying to buy the best art book?

agree meg starthmore brand. careful. strathmore makes many drawing , sketching papers , not of them appropriate.

fond of strathmore 400 drawing paper. 1 comes in many sizes small large. can handle light water color wash not much. excellent pencils.

if friend wants draw colored pencils , pastels best paper far canson's mi tientes paper. use both 9x12 , 14 x 17 pds. lovely.

if friend wants work water colors or need 140 lb. water color paper. canson makes excellent 1 - montval paper. better strathmore's comparable paper. avoid other canson watercolor papers - have roughness , regular , results artificial.

of these papers available @ jerry's arterama, mr. art, blick's , utrechts. relatively inexpensive. really art paper extremely expensive - used highest level profesisonal artists.

my girlfriend loves draw, , i'm trying buy qualiy "sketch book" have seen @ walmart, pages flimsey , looks cheap. want quamity professional one. have no idea look.
