Help with back walkovers?
walkover, need shoulder flexibility. work on this, push in direction of walkover while in bend , extend arms , shoulders. keys walkover keep arch in leg kicks on , keep pushing chest in direction of walkover. lose arch, down go. thing try make walkover easier standing , arching until touch ground hands. once can that, can put momentum walkover, helps lot.

ok want walover, cant kick over!! can wall, , far away wall, cant freehanded. want it, tips on how kickover? tried going lower , lower on wall, , dont have spotter.
