When is the christmas sale in Turkey(Istanbul)?

if so, it's started. pretty stores put discounts on products starting december , end in january.

(yes majority of people muslim in turkey every country goes on sale in december because there hanukkah + christmas --there christian , jewish turks after all-- , exchanges gifts in turkey on new year's eve. yes, there sale.)
