What is biting me in the middle of the night?

live near austin, tx , past week , half when wake in morning have 1-5 bites swell in size larger quarter. don't understand because husband not getting bit. me. bites not itch hurt. have 1 on finger has swollen make twice size of other finger , starting feel numb. please help!
