TOM TOM ANY GOOD FOR A PEDESTRIAIN?

people don't ask question more because can use smart cell phone same thing. before smart phones bought garmin, magellan, , tom tom. opinion on 3 - garmin, didn't take economical or shortest route - ending costing me allot of gas , getting me lost. magellan worst in route between 2 places. tom toms directions accurate, led me congested roads no way avoid them.

found newelectronx navigator better needs. easy use, has excellent pedestrian mode on shows walking trails alleys streets etc, has ear phone jack private listening, can map more 1 destination @ time, can program new maps it, talks, , right others couldn't do. opinion biased because of models used magellan, tom tom, or garmin - bought top of line in each category. remember spending $200.00 $400.00 on each brand. therefore recommend newelectronx navigator. although have smart phone else these days, still find myself using trusty newelectronx navigator on occasion.

honestly, if smart phone or iphone - download app $1.00 $4.99 gps. in fact gps apps free. gps's on smart phone won't somethings handheld gps, somethings better handheld gps. see needs in gps , go there. if need pedestrian mode multiple routes newelectronx navigator - otherwise smartphone/iphone gps good.
