My Parents think that Im using drugs,What should I do?

started training bjj (brazilian jiu jitsu) , mma (mixed martial arts),and started losing weight,i proud of self because fattest kid in class 20kg+ more other kids,so means me lost weight,and of sudden,my parents want take me blood analysis because think wrong me (because lost weight) can't convince them worked hard result,next thing, training starts @ 21:00 , ends @ 22:30,so come home @ 23:00 or 23:30,i came home yesterday , grandpa says suspicious come home late,i cant convince them im working hard,but still think im using drugs or that! should do?
