Help Upgrading a PC, adding a SSD for OS?

well, if change motherboard, suggest clean install new ssd drive.
if don't know doing, friend does.
first of, new motherboard, cpu, ram, yaddayaddayada, ssd drive. because previous hard drive otherwise identifies disk0, , windows 7 install drivers , such, , want them on ssd.
install windows would.
after that, add old hard drive. best if format old hard drive well, if cant store data or don't want format, try removing old windows self. can leave there, takes room , might mess things every , then.

im planning on upgrading pc , friend has told me loading operating system on ssd. having basic documents on ata hdd. how go doing this?. changing motherboard possible if os on hdd.
