HELP!!! The FBI BLocked my computer!!! D:>?

scared right now.... started computer , saw white house stamp on white page came , on speakers, says "your computer has been blocked fbi" read through , mentioned copyright laws i've never done, don't think. says pornography of child pornography don't have or watch or zoofilia or that. have no idea doubt i've ever seen that. i'm overwhelmed, if i'm arrested?! said 4 - 12 years , $400 in next 72 hours. i'm 16 , can't go prison! need help... plzz...
