Dark Knight Rises blu ray at walmart: all are defective. what do i do?

bought blu ray dvd combo pack....watched blu ray 20 mins, hit pause hour, go it, says bad disc on dad's blu ray. take , exchange copy @ walmart, still same problem. put 1 in blu ray player right away , says bad disc @ start. not sure now...walmart says exchange cant guarentee money back. walmart sucks. advice?

also, think blu rays might have there rings of warped looking lines around disc, kind of scratch not. there no rings on bonus featues disc, , tonight looked @ avengers blu ray looked might have them too....its either copyright protection or reason wont work not sure.
