Building another house in my garden?

our house has gardens around half acre, including large "car park" @ , stable block within small paddock , 2 further paddocks of 1 acre each. when purchased, there mobile home behind formal garden side of "car park" , in front of stables/paddocks private drainage, mains water , mains electricity. had taken away 5 years ago , made further bit of garden. wondering if possible permission put small house/bungalow there , sell it, stable block , paddocks, separately house. sell house separately. possibility of , pitfalls? new house @ least 100ft house , not affect neighbours. drainage, electricity , water mobile home still there. stable block has drainage, light, power , water - it's brick built , had planning permission. mobile home there (the people bought house lived in while building) there sufficient precedent assume planning permission granted?
