can please interpret dream:-

had dream morning , in dream, colleague crying. not know why crying, , why appeared in dream because not close @ workplace, here real life situation.

in real life, had lost teaching job @ private secondary school.this colleague of mine junior level head, meaning head level teaching.

not know why appeared in dream , why crying.
have been crying on personal problem has nothing me.

if has nothing me, why did appear in dream ?
dreams don't happen coincidence, they?
sad know have leave job?
feels sorry not helping me sort out problems when @ school?
or genuinely unhappy in job , trying tell me ?
