Why can't I go on tumblr?

neither chrome or internet explorer let me on!!!
think parents blocked it?

webpage not available
server @ www.tumblr.com can't found, because dns lookup failed.

that's very short snipit of chrome says, internet explorer says cannot found.
can go on every other website, can view "cached version" (but can't log in), , can go on staff page, (but can't log in)
