general practice, big open parking areas getting general feel vehicle , practice parking they're not place practice actual driving -you need on streets that. need feel traveling other vehicles. in residential areas , side streets best start, there's less traffic , it's less intimidating. sunday mornings when people sleep in or holidays when people aren't out in numbers or time.
