Tips on being a flyer in cheerleading?


number 1 rule: pull tight! squeeze every single muscle in entire body , pretend string pulling ceiling. also, lock out knees-as know basing experience, bent knees make flyers ten times heavier. , of course, stretch out as can. can practice practicing pulling body positions on bed or cushion or chair (but make sure there's nothing dangerous around if fall!). :)

for past 3 years i've been side base , today coach assigned me flyer. i've never been flyer before. , have no idea how!! i'm nervous next practice when have stunt... tips?? thx :))
