Solar panels not hotting my water?

hi have apartment solar panels every body elses pipes leading theres hot. mine stone cold , im not getting no hot water way meaning have use emertion heater, panels @ side of wall im wondering if not getting sun ,can tell me causing me getting no hot water @ all.
