Help with instagram ?

okay, i've started new fashion/beauty/style account on instagram few days ago , has 192 followers. i've been using app called 'tagsforlikes' whenever put comment box disappears when refresh page, deletes. i've been using people pictures , follow me, app isn't working, 15-20 people photos, , nobody else following me.

question is, else having problem, , there other apps it? or way more likes , followers.
