Headaches for a week?

im waking headaches last week, ease when , come , go day. have 1 day brief periods of relief, don't know what's causing this, drinking more water incase i'm little dehydrated. cold weather recently? right on top of head, around temple pressure band wrapped around head , forehead , face also. please
