Best soccer ball to buy?

practicing drop kicking basketball hoop @ gym, , ball got stuck in it. employees couldn't ball out, , when came later, gone. (probably not should again- lol.) thus, need new soccer ball. thinking upgrading old $10, busted-at-the-seams, garage sale-quality 1 anyways, since i've been getting more soccer lately. here qualities in ball:

1.) outdoor ball, 1 can kick around inside during winter
2.) costs $50 or less (but preferably around $40)
3.) practicing/training ball rec leagues , high school sports
4.) durable-something weatherproof , last me while
5.) neither soft nor firm, , heavier ball (probably) yet has touch
6.) nice if ball flashy , didn't have blow time, neither of these top priorities.

i'm not looking $150 perfect pro soccer ball, rather above average 1 me improve ball handling skills. after doing small amount of research, i've deduced nike, adidas, , select best brands, , i've been leaning toward select numero 10.

brands think best me? , more specifically, ball? select numero 10 choice?
