last week threw @ basketball practice after doing these sprint exercise things. i'm afraid i'm gonna throw again tomorrow. i'm used running lot because did lot of sports stopped 5 months. not used doing kind of exercise. first jog 10 minutes , i'm out of breath. @ practice did these sprints start @ left corner of court go left bottom corner of foul line, touch line, go top, touch, go other side, touch, go bottom right foul line, touch, go right bottom corner, go half court abd cross on repeat on other side of coart. (sorry lot) didn't hard @ first second time our coach told sprint. did 4 times made 3 times before throwing up. dont know if we're doing same thing @ practice again tomorrow or not if how prevent myself throwing up? if feel im gonna sick should prevent it. around 8 , leave @ around 8:15 without breakfast. basketball @ around 830 , start right when there. don't give myself time wake since , go. please :) last week threw @ basketball pract...
